Order acceptance occurs once payment is confirmed or Cash on Delivery (COD) details are verified.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be processed.

In case of damaged or missing items, customers must provide clear photo or unboxing video proof within 48 hours of delivery to claim a resolution.
