Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Confirmation & Processing

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

Flat Rate Shipping: PKR 250 on orders under PKR 7,000.

Free Shipping: Free standard delivery on all orders of PKR 7,000 and above.

Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 6 business days nationwide.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for all orders across Pakistan. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready when the courier arrives. Packages cannot be opened or inspected prior to payment.

4. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

Please ensure your contact phone number and full shipping address are accurate at checkout. Couriers will make up to two delivery attempts. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missing details, or unreachability, re-shipping charges of PKR 250 will apply.

5. Order Tracking & Delays

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery. While we aim to deliver within 5 to 6 business days, minor delays may occur during major sales events, public holidays, or severe weather conditions.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

Please take a clear photo or unboxing video while opening your package. If your item arrives damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, you must share this photo or video proof with our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery to claim a replacement or resolution.
